This might have something to do with Henry or maybe Snow; those are the two that come to mind when I see that.

I had to think of Henry, too. Maybe Peter Pan wants his heart because of it's pure-ness or something.

Maybe. That brings up, for me, why? It's something I've considered but that 'why?' keeps popping in there.

If I was mean I'd say "it's because he's the special-snowflake-plot-device". But when you consider his linage and the fact that he more or less grew up in our world, he's bound to be special. But why did PP have his picture back when Baelfire was still a kid?!

Makes me think of Henry too; I agree, it could be linked to whatever makes him so special that Peter Pan knew who he is and wants him.
Or if "truest believer" isn't meant as that positive a thing, it might also refer to Tamara, who's been shown to have a lot of blind devotion, and who's rather overdue for some motivation/backstory. Though I don't know how "heart" enters into that; in this show, that's unlikely to be just a figure of speech. :p
I also think that maybe it just refers to some complex past events - FTL, Neverland, links between all the worlds that we haven't been told about yet - that are just impossible to guess correctly right now...

It's funny, the first thing that I thought of was Tinkerbell! You know, with the whole line in the Peter Pan play that goes something like: "I believe in fairies! I do, I really do!"

Yes! I don't think that's far-fetched. That's a pretty famous line too, so they might play with that...?
For now, I think Neverland fairies are the same as FTL fairies, and they're up to something.
